@Positron If you have forgotten your password for login then you need to submit a ticket to moderators via SIMon here:https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
The reset email has 2 hour window before the reset password expires, so keep checking your email and junk folder to use.
Also use the 3 dot top right of your post to edit out your email address as you are on a public forum.
