@Saido are you able to Logon to My Account?  If so, you can try to pay manually with the card already setup on the system.

If you are unable to logon to My Account, you can also try 611

1. Call *611 on your phone

2. Press 1 to Make Payments

3. Press 2 for credit card

4. Press 1 for Amount Due.

If it said successful, you can then reboot your phone

If it is not successful, you can hang up and try 611 again with a difference choice:

1. Call *611 on your phone

2. Press 1 to Make Payments

3. Press 2 for credit card

4. Press 2 for Manual Choices

4. Press the appropriate #, pay the amount just above your current plan.  For example, press 2 for $40 if you are on $25 plan.

If it said successful, you can then reboot your phone

@Saido

Unfortunately you have experienced an autopay failure. It is not that common across the entire subscribership but it does happen and today was your lucky day! The most common reason is an expired card. So check the card in your wallet for its expiry first then once you have confirmed expiry or updated your card you can pay for your plan.

Please note the other replies including @Yummy and others are not properly explained......

Once you go to the payment page........

  1. Choose "other" amount not amount owing/due.
  2. I prefer to add $1 more than necessary but this is optional.
  3. Confirm and submit payment.
  4. Your plan/service should automatically renew.
  5. If your payment remains in your available funds/balance click on reactivate.
  6. If it still does not renew only then suspend via lost/stolen.
  7. Or try to add a $1 payment to force renewal.

611 voucher or on file card* payments (*requires your acct pin#) will automatically pay and reactivate your service at same time except if you have suspended your service via lost/stolen. You must manually resume your service via lost/stolen to then automatically reactivate your service.

Do not attempt more than two payments per hour or more than 5 attempts per card pet day or it will trigger a fraud alert and lock your card requiring assistance from the moderators.

Is today or tomorrow your payment day?

Not applicable

@Saido

If this was an Autopay failure,

also ensure AutoPay Reward
How Does It Work?
Set up AutoPay and you will receive a $2 credit every 30 days.

Do you still have services? If yes, this could be your account going through the normal renewal process. The Self Serve  account can say "expired" or "suspended" on the day of or before your plan is due to renew. So if this is the case, ignore these messages on your  Self Serve account.

If you have no services, and it is past your renewal, maybe your autopay failed?

  1. Add Funds to your Plan Amount through Self Serve
  2.  (or by calling 611 if you have a card registered)
  3. Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB
  4. Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB
  5. Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON
  6. Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service
  7. Reboot your phone.
  8. what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone about 2 minutes and turn it back on.

and i suggest you can try to Remove your credit card and Logout and after 2 minutes

log in to re entered.

How To Update Or Remove Your Payment Card

To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details, sign in to  Self-Serve.  Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’. Here, you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, where you can enter the details for your new card, or ‘Remove this card’. You will need to review and confirm this change to your account and then you’re all set..Remember, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.

Good Luck

Do you still have services? If yes, this could be your account going through the normal renewal process. The SELF SERVE account can say "expired" or "suspended" on the day of or before your plan is due to renew. So, if this is the case, ignore these messages on your SELF SERVE account.

If you have no services, and it is past your renewal, maybe your autopay failed?

Add Funds to your Plan Amount through SELF SERVE (or by calling 611 if you have a card registered)

Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB

    Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB

    Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON

    Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service

    Reboot your phone.

If this was an Autopay failure, I would let the Moderators know.

If you're having difficulties with using a credit card for payment, you could purchase a voucher from a store to first get your service working again. Please note that Public Mobile is unlikely to contact you unless you first open a ticket.
