However, the system is keeping pop up red notice saying there is error with password resetting

Delete all browsing history and try again. I hope It will fix the problem. I have fixed the same issue by deleting the browsing history.

Are you 100% certain you're using the correct email address?
Check back in your email accounts to ensure it's the one that's receiving any emails from public mobile.
