i suggest you can try it for a different Browser and incognito mode,
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

What kind of error message you are getting when you try to 'recharge your monthly payments'?
Sometimes using different browser will resolve this issue.

@Abid1148 do you currently have no service? Did you setup Autopay and Autopay failed?
Can you try a manual pay? Login to My Account, Payment Tab and click One Time Payment
You can try to pay by the option "Amount Due" and see if it goes through. If not , try the "Other" amount and manually enter the Plan amount +$1 extra and see if it goes through
Once payment gone through successfully, see if there is a button "Reactivate current plan", click on it. Then logon My Account and reboot your phone.

@Abid1148 - did you check to make sure your credit card wasn't expired? Then check to see if payment was withdrawn. You can buy a voucher and add on through a lot of gas stations, London Drugs, Walmart etc. Call 611 and add a payment that way. Good luck!

Can you provide more info ? You could purchase a voucher and call 611 to make a payment or use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge..
