Yes, there is. Public Mobile provides nationwide service.

If you have a Canada-wide voice plan, you will not encounter any problems. If your plan is provincial, you will be able to call B.C. numbers while in B.C., but your phone will be unable to receive calls, even those from B.C. If this applies to you, buy an add-on.
