I activated my Sim through the chat services and they gave me the wrong plan. I wanted the 3gb+12gb for 12 months + 3x points for $35 but they gave me the 15gb plan for $40. I've been trying to switch to the plan that I wanted but it won't give me any of the promotions. Can someone help me with this.

Hey yeah I double checked with an agent as well to confirm it. I think the confusion started when I asked for the 15gb plan with the bonus data

@KaranBrar @Do you know you have the wrong plan somtimes you need to sign in incognito . To see your proper plan or clear or try this

if your plan still wrong you will need help from a agent , and remover when you change plan to change on renewal when and ever if . Otherwise you will loose your prepaid service your currently on

@KaranBrar are you new customer and you already activated a plan, the wrong one?
If so, you can try to open ticket with PM support using Chatbot and I believe they can help to switch it to the correct one
