It's not. The whole account is shut down from my old provider. Outgoing works just fine but it says "6uv2 the number you have reached is not in service" on their end when someone calls

If outgoing is working then incoming should work as well. Check your old carrier sim card and see if it is still working or see if your account at old carrier is still active. If yes, it seems like your port request did not go through. In this case, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

I did it a few days ago and still isn't working. Any settings I need to reconfigure?

bethcook, Did you just activated your sim and ported your number? If yes, porting takes from a few mins to a few hours to complete. Once it does, your old carrier sim stops working. So check in a few hours and see if porting completes.
