When I got service this time I didn't realize there was a 5G promotion meaning for $65 25 GB plus 25 GB plus taxes and when I signed up I went for the 4G 30 GB for $55 or was a $50 I forget however I want you to get on the 5G promotion of $65 I was attempting to do it but it wanted me to pay a whole new additional subscription now I have no problem from here on paying $65 plus taxes but can someone help me get there and I'll pay the difference I need your help thank you

@Darr84  Just change to that plan for next renewal so you don’t loose money on your current cycle  and screen shot it so you have proof of plan change  in case  it’s no longer available. And auto pay fails on renewal .

@Darr84  Suggest you change your plan to the one you want and just tell it to change at the next renewal date.  PM is a prepaid service so there are no refunds for any unused data/service on an existing plan.  As long as you select to change on renewal it should be all good.
