Contact customer support as suggested. There have been several reports of the payment system not accepting voucher payments which are normally very reliable and easy to load onto your account via 611. The CSA can check validity and load the voucher onto your account.

Since it has been couple days, open ticket with PM Support and they will sort it out fir you
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Also the first time I wasn’t sure I did it right online first. Not knowing what I was doing then I tried to go to star *611 and now it’s saying somethings wrong with it. I can’t afford to lose this money that I put on it.

@Jenny1974 you got error trying to load the voucher? what error message? you tried to load on both My Account and *611?
where you got the voucher from? Vouchers from some stores might need to wait 24 hours before it can be used. Has it been 24 hours since purchase?
