My daughter broke her iPhone and now is using another phone. How do I get her data and this plan on that new to her phone ??

@Jen42   With esim then you just download the Public Mobile app on the new phone then log in to the existing account and select purchase an esim.  Since you already had one the cost should not be charged.  Although I'm getting a bit confused as to which phone has/had the esim.  You didn't set up a new account for the new phone hopefully because you cannot transfer the number from one PM account to another.

Does this mean her service is working as expected on her new phone with the new eSIM?

@Jen42   Assuming physical sim card, just take it out of the old phone and put it in the new one, that should be it as far as transferring her PM plan to the new phone.   Transferring the content from one iPhone to another is something you'll find on Apple's support pages assuming both are iPhones.  It's a bit more difficult if she's gone iPhone to Android.

HI @Jen42

if you are going with sim card, you will need to buy a new one from Telus or Koodo store

or you can also use esim if you want.

which way you would be going with?

@Jen42  if you have a physical SIM card just remove it and put in new phone. If using esim, download the public mobile app on the new phone and purchase a new esim.

Hi @Jen42, it should be as straight forward as inserting the physical PM SIM card into the new phone and restarting it. If you have an eSIM, install the PM app on the new phone and order a new (should be free) eSIM and install on the new iPhone
