If it's not my fault in any way, seems only right that I am reimbursed for a new SIM card or, preferably, get one for free.

HI @BoBana
you might be able to save your $10 for a new sim card. The calling drops issue is a PM (or even Telus) problem. Many are experiencing that. We have not hear any fix yet. So, wait until issue is fixed and then you can decide to buy a new sim card or not (but likely unnecessary 🙂 )

A new Public Mobile SIM card can be purchased as a corporately owned Telus retail store for $10 or from the seller named Public Mobile on Amazon for $9.99.
