I’m a new customer. I’m stuck in a nightmare cycle of logging in/logging out while trying to get answers about eSIM installation that doesn’t work.

@Gtopp Check your sim manger in phone settings maybe it already installed . If so set to primary . If not check your welcome email for the QR code to scan it and install to phone . If this is iPhone make sure “turn on this line” is toggled on and reboot the phone or reset network settings
If still no luck
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
