Is public mobile down? It keeps saying it can't process the payment,  this is very frustrating. It won't let me add funds either, there is nothing wrong with my bank account either.

if you tried 4 days, I would submit ticket with agent first

for Incognito mode, click on the 3 dots on top right of your browser to bring up the menu, click New Incogntio Window or New Incognito tab there

It's crazy, I've been trying for 4 days, and now no service.  How do I do it in incognito?

there seems to be some problem with the payment system

wait an hour and use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to try again

if still fails, you can ask agent to confirm what was wrong.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

or you can also buy vouchers from stores and load the voucher using *611
