Help with getting old number

Hi,

I had a phone number and account with public mobile for years, my phone wasn't working later found out due to 3G issues. I ended up with a new sim card and now a new phone number. is there anyway to get my old my phone number back?

Contact customer service through the messaging system. If it hasn't been too long, they should be able to get it back.
