Hello, I got a notice that my payment to renew didn't go through due to an expired credit card - I logged into my account and added a new card and thought I hit the button to renew/process the payment for my subscription, but now my phone still isn't working and it looks like I was charged for an add-on and not my subscription - this needs to be refunded if it didn't just renew my subscription, I do not want any add-ons, just want my phone to work.

You will need to contact customer service agent to correct your error in purchasing an add on instead of renewing your plan. It may take a few hours for CSA to respond though. If you want immediate service, you could try to renew your plan immediately and then get the credit for add on later.
