Hello,
I need help accessing my account info.
The email that is currently linked to the account was hacked an I no longer have access it.
I am unable to change the credit card as it has expired and am unable to change it.
The account is inactive currently.

You do not need access to your email in order to log in to PM account. Even though email is hacked you can still used it as log in ID with your password.
But to change email you have to contact agent as only they can do that for you. Community email you can change by yourself.

@nfdf33 get a new email address first
Then open ticket and ask PM support to change the email address used on My Account for you
