Help porting number

Ive been trying to port my number and it says it failed, I keep trying to get through to cs_agent that my IMEI number is not wrong. I need to speak to someone on the phone, i think i am talking to a AI chatbot because it keeps asking me the same questions over and over, even after i have responded to them.

yes, better to use the account number of  your old carrier instead of IMEI

I will send you a message to your Community inbox, it will have a number to the porting support team, you can call them and update the info
