Just put your plan on pause (suspended). They will give you 90 days to make the payment without shutting down your account.

@raarsenault , you can buy a voucher as suggested.  Alternatively you can let the account to into suspension and reactivate when you get the replacement credit card.  There's no cost to suspend the account, in fact you want money during the suspension period.

When you get your new cc just go into self service and update with the new card. You have 90 days from your renewal date to make a payment. In the meantime you can purchase a voucher to keep your account going.

@raarsenault   If you're wanting to make a payment then just purchase a voucher from London Drugs, SDM, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone or there's recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee.
