Help for my dad's account

My dad said his public mobile account has been disconnected for 1 month now and he doesn't know how to fix it. He can text, but not call? Could you tell me what is the problem with his account, as he can't explain it? Then hopefully I can help him sort it out. Thank you.

Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and check the status of his account. 
If his account is suspended then there was a glitch on his AutoPay…this happens to a few members. Check if the expiry date of the CC. If it hasn’t expired, enable Subscribe (AutoPay).

If the CC have expired then login to his account and update the CC information in the Payment section.

If you haven’t created a Eversafe ID for his account, you will need to Sign Up before login to his account.

this is just an open forum, you might want to remove your name and phone number for your own protection . 

Your father can text, likely because he is using iMessage on Wifi

But did you check if your account status is active?  To avoid browser cache confusing,  please login My account using Incognito mode to confirm account status

If it shows On Hold (Suspended) , then it is a payment issue.  Click "Pay Now and Resume Services" to make a manual payment  (or you can also use *611 to make a payment if you know the 4 digits account PIN)

If you have trouble login in My Account because unable to get the 2FA security code,  on the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or  Resend code and then choose Send email

@MayMones  please remove personal info this is a public forum . But He can get payment vouchers and load the *611 to resume services and then get support to help you regain access to the account and update credit card if needed
