I'm trying to activate my account, but it says I need to download the app to verify my account. My phone is an old flip phone I'm using for emergency purposes for my mother, so I can't get apps on it. How do I continue the account setup process?

hi @BozenaKrze , just use another phone to activate. Once subscribed, you can insert the sim card to your old phone. Ans you dont really need the app any more after activation, you can access via web after

What other customers have done is to borrow a family member's phone. Then download app and finish activation. Then you can delete app from family member phone.
You can manage the account later on via the website and the self service account.
