I switched my number to Public Mobile on Sunday afternoon. Got the text from Chatr saying they received a request to transfer my number to another service provider. Since then:
- SMS is not working, incoming calls are not working, outgoing calls work normally.
I have tried all standard troubleshooting steps multiple times, including:
- resetting network settings, turning off imessage and restarting the phone, manually re-entering my phone number.
I repeated all of these again today (Monday afternoon), and the issue remains unresolved.
This appears to be a port-in/provisioning issue!! Please help!!

I did respond YES to the approve the transfer within 90 mins. I called the number and it said the transfer request does not exist for my phone number.

It looks like your phone transfer was not completed properly. If you didn't respond YES to the approve the transfer within 90 minutes, it can cause the transfer to get stuck. Not to worry though, I have sent you a direct message with the phone number that you can call to re-trigger the porting process. Please check your messages for the phone number to call. Unfortunately, I am unable to post the number in the community forum.

If you are advised to submit a ticket, be aware that it won't allow you to submit unless you introduce a 16 digit number in where the SIM field says to enter N/A for eSIM

Same here, been at it since early this morning and getting nowhere fast... Disappointing start to say the least.
