I had deleted, not knowing the process wasn't complete, my Rogers eSim and I am now unable to receive any sms or phone calls. I can make phone calls, but still are unable to receive calls. Porting was done and confirmed by sms over 12 hours ago.
Same here ✋, trying by hook and by crook to find a number, by keep getting redirected to forums and boards. With all the best intentions people are giving advise, I am standing still...
If you are advised to submit a ticket, be aware that it won't allow you to submit unless you introduce a 16 digit number in where the SIM field says to enter N/A for eSIM
