Help! Before account expires!

Hello! I was just on my way out to pay- I got an email on October 15 telling me I had 5 days.But just tried call into *611, then logging into my account in the app. Already off???

I need to reactivate; need to keep my number and same plan- still have a balance/credit.

I can't get through on *611, and the app wants me to open a new plan. I still have one day left!!!

The live chat agent told me to start a ticket here.. but where?? I only have a few hours to get a voucher.

Hello

Log into your account, update the credit card and make a payment. If it's not allowing you to, contact a csa for help.

Just know there have been several complaints here on the forum that over the last few weeks it's taking csa a very long time to respond. So you might want to go out and purchase a voucher right away and upload it to your account if you can log in.
