Log into your account, update the credit card and make a payment. If it's not allowing you to, contact a csa for help.

Just know there have been several complaints here on the forum that over the last few weeks it's taking csa a very long time to respond. So you might want to go out and purchase a voucher right away and upload it to your account if you can log in.
