Go to PM website and you will see “Get Started”. Click on this and it will take you to signing up for an account.

you’ll need a valid email address and your public mobile phone number
Register Now To create a My Account profile you’ll open ticket with Customer Support Agent Chatbot

 

or by private message > CS_Agent

You create an account by purchasing a PM SIM and activate it online either porting your old number or picking a new number...account is created.

@AndriyB did you activated in store and had not created the My Account since activation?  if so, you can only open ticket with PM support and have them to create one for you

 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
