Having trouble signing into my account.

When I go into my account and enter my password it sends me a 6 digit number to verify that it is me, which I enter, and then get nothing?  It doesn't take me to my account?  Am I missing something...thanks for your help!

Update - I delete cookies from publicmobile.ca and it worked after that

@Dtack   Yes, 2FA in place on the new site.  

Try Incognito mode or try on a different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome)

@Dtack it just worked fine for me maybe restart your device use a different browser
