Having trouble ordering sim card

I've been trying to order sim card but I keep getting this error message "Zip code does not match billing address" does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Try entering your postal code first, pick the address closest yours then edit it to make it exact.

 

Also clear your browser's cache and turn off any popup/ad blocker.

If you are in Victoria, I have an extra one could give you, or possibly mail to you if you are still haveing issues.  

 

also do you have a friend that could order you one using their Credit Card?

here was an other thread with a similar issue, i believe the suggestion was to put half your postalcode in and let autofill finish the rest. (can't remember the exact instructions, will see if i can find the thread)

Yes it is , I changed it yestarday to my current addres and waited for a day to ordering it again in hopes of it being updated. But , I still get the same error message.

@bintz Does the address you entered match the one you have with your financial institution?
