Hi there,
I paid for the service last night and got a confirmation email saying payment went through, checked with my bank as well.
Downloaded the app and tried activating e sim, failed activation.
I logged into my account and its asking for a payment and I need to pay $5 for a e sim which failed to activate, unable to reach anybody as well.
Did not receive activation email or e sim qr code, unable to use the service.
