Having problems signing up for autopay

Hi
I cannot seem to sign up for credit card auto pay, the system here says my creditcard is refusing, however when I check creditcard online it puts in public mobile transaction of 0.00$

Is this for a renewal or have you just signed up?
As above, don't use the unit # field, no space in postal code, and exactly matching the billing address of the credit card. Possibly even name but I haven't read that as a problem here.

You need to enter the same exact information than your credit card. And if you have a number for your appartment don't write it..just leave blank. You can use an incognito mode or use a different browser to see if it help. Let us know..
