I ordered a SIM card online two weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. I urgently need to activate the service, and I’m wondering: is it possible to just go to a physical store, buy a SIM card there, and use it to activate the service associated with my original online order?

Hello @Jozeph
It can take up to 3 weeks by Canada Post.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
