I am having an issue where I haven't had access to incoming calls or texts for a week, sent in an email to support and mods and got nothing.
Even resorted to contacting previous provider who says PM needs to finish the port but still nothing.
It's been a week now, I think I have been patient enough but this is ridiculous. I need access to calls and texts for both work, and personal matters and for it not to work for a week now is pretty disappointing.
I understand that there's a lot of traffic but any help is appreciated.
