Myself as well, have sent in mod mail and contacted support with no reply yet. I'm actually getting more help from my previous provider on the issue than these guys but there's only so much they can do on their end.

@WearySkyI believe they have that same number assigned to them, I did open up a ticket with them to figure it out, but they said that I'd need to talk to public mobile.

Yeah I wasn't sure why VoIP.ms would reassign a number so quickly, and how they used that number when I was already using it with Public Mobile.
