as you can see, used data updating hasn't updated last 3days. 

is there any problem with my account?

Drag the screen down  from the top a few times should do the trick.

Hey @icpkdasm 

It's usually a caching issue. If you have an Android phone, go into the app settings, clear the cache and reboot the phone. Then log back in and it should update.
