Unfortunately, with Public mobile, you can't speak to any live person. There is no live chat feature also.
All customer service agent interactions is done via private messaging system. It takes 1-2 hours for typical response times.
Community members here on the forum are customers like yourself. We have no access to your account. We can only provide support and trouble shooting advice. Often our advice will help solve issues without the involvement of CSAs.

What issues are you having specifically? Using the website versus PM app?
If website, might want to try clear cache first, incognito mode or a different web browser. You could also try to login via the App. The website has caching issues.
