Hi! I need help. My husband and I just signed for PM yesterday evening and this morning I just saw this offer: 12MONTHS2GB. I had tried putting in a promo code yesterday (not the same code but for the same type of deal) that did not work and now I cannot change anything. HELP?

You can try persuading agent to apply New promo code since you signed u just one day earlier.

Thank you I tried that but the link to submit a ticket AND the link to moderators NEVER works for me... been trying for a few hrs.

HI @cmarin PM support are usually reasonable and they can still honour it. Open a ticket and ask:
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- type: Contact CS Agent
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Other"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
