HELP! USA $30 add on not working

Hi, we are in the USA and this morning before we left Canada we added the $30 for unlimited talk and text and 3gb of data, the payment went thru and now my husbands phone is not working here. He can’t receive calls or texts or send them and the data isn’t working. He’s rebooted his phone it says t-mobile and lte is active. His roaming is on. HELP!

Voice and text are bundled under settings. Option is 3G or lte

Ok, that's the receipt. Have you checked the list of add-ons? After clicking the refresh icons lower down? Or using secret mode or whatever it's called in Apple-speak? Also check your payment history here. Does your credit card show only one of the $33.90 charges?

Then you wouldn't have volte. For voice, you would need to switch the phone down to 2G GSM. Real sms txt and data should work fine on LTE though, so that's a problem. So are you in Alaska?

Yes roaming is enabled. It shows lte in the top and under voice and data is says lte iPhone 6s

For voice , make sure VoLTE is enabled

and what brand and model is the phone?

Can you login to the account? If so then click on the little refresh icons lower down and make sure the add-ons are there. Maybe you bought the 1000 minute US add-on. Or you clicked things twice.
I don't suppose you're in Alaska?
