My grandfather has lost his phone so I have been trying to access the account but upon login I am required to provide a confirmation code sent to the lost device. This has been preventing me from logging into the account to request a new SIM card for a new phone and make other revenant changes.
What are my options to access the account?

Click Request Another Code and eventually PM will give you a choice of sending you another six-digit code by SMS or by email. You can select email and then access your grandfather's email account to get the code. Good luck!
