Got notice I will get reward but never did

On August 21, 2018 my friend signed up with Public Mobile which I was the referral. I got a notice later that day that I referred someone to them and get something in my account but never did. Today is the 24th and my account still shows nothing. My friend did recieve her money credited to her account. I recieve one text saying I will get it and another one the next day talking about getting $25.00 if I refer more friends by sept 13.

Could someone please help me with this

@marcti, you sent me a PM with the exact same question.  I responded to your PM already.  You got what you are supposed to get.  Wait until the next renewal for your first $1/30 day reward.

That offer just started yesterday. You referred to early

There were no referral promotion on August 21st. Just the standard $10 for the person activating and $1 per month for you should they continue as a customer.

Under your self serve, you should see under "My Rewards" Refer-a-Friend Reward.
