Used 611 to put $25 on it with preregistered cc, so that worked, but still don't know why i was suspended if i was on autopay. Just able to log in and tried paying full amount but still says I'm suspeneded. I have the receipts for the transactions but it seems like it isn't updating?

Loading funds via 611 will automatically reactivate your service as long as the amount equals or exceeds your plan amount and you do not have lost/stolen enabled in your account. Reboot your phone if necessary. You can safely ignore your account status if you have working service.

The auto-pay function on the PM website occasionally screws up and won’t top up your account even when it’s enabled. That’s why some PM users suggest manually topping up before your renewal date as a precaution.
If you paid the full amount of your plan, it takes at least 30 minutes for the system to recognize and apply the payment to reactivate your account. You will need to wait during that time, and possibly restart your phone to resume your phone service.
