I guess that means "working" in the community forum. Answer questions from customers, they show some appreciation, maybe even say your answer was the answer to their question and you might get a little surprise of added points to your points balance.

Oh, Ahhaha, my bad! I meant, for earning points, one of the options says 'give back,' but I don't understand how to use that.
