Hi, I just signed up a friend to Public Mobile and transferred over his number. Everything went smoothly except at no point in the process did I see a place to put in my Share Code so he would get the $10 signing bonus and I would get the referred credit. Can this be done now?

Had a similar issue when I signed up on Sunday. You can private message a CS agent and they will help you with ur issue via email responses. You get an email notification when they respond. My agent was very helpful and replied quickly.

If you missed adding your referral code so he can get a 1 time $10 credit and you will receive 1 point/month.
Just click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket and explain this to them.

There should have been a spot but it's easy to miss. I believe you can have your friend message customer service through the chat bot and ask them to apply it
