I am presently Public Mobile customer.
I want to get a second phone # (imported from my mobile from VIRGIN MOBILE by September end)
I already have Public Mobile chip, which is not activated as yet.
Please tell me what would be the BEST PROCEDURE? ( Do I earn points referring myself? Do I get extra points for a second phone number? etc. etc.

@Virin , to add to what others have said, personally I would sign up with a new account using the Public Mobile app with a new phone number & once the account is fully activated then go into your ‘My Account’, go to ‘Profile’, under ‘My Phone Number’ select ‘Transfer Phone Number’ to port in your Virgin Mobile phone #. That’s just my opinion though. 🙂

Yes, use your Referral Code from the first account so you will get the $10 credit on the #2 account and you will get $1/1 point/month on the #1 account.
When you activate the SIM, you need the PM app now. Leave the Virgin SIM in #2 phone and wait for the text confirming you are porting over to PM and reply with YES. There is a 90 minute window so don’t wait to reply or you will go to the long process of contacting a CS_Agent to restart the porting process.

@Virin Yes you will earn rewards for referring yourself 1point every 30 day and new account will get a one time $10 discount . You have to create a new account with anew sim and a new email for the second account . But you can use the same credit card for payment

You can and should use your own referral code when signing up (Your original account will earn an additional point every 30 days that your 2nd account is subscribed, your 2nd account will get a $10 bill credit on their 2nd bill). I’d download the app and then fully go through the sign up process on the new device from within the app. With PM each number will have its own account with separate email addresses. Use the account number from virgin when porting the number as many run into issues when porting using other methods.
