Getting Support

Is there anyway to talk to someone from this phone company?   My phones don't work in the US and I want to  know what I'm doing wrong.

I think I need to switch providers, I'm out of time

If you purchased a PM Roaming plan then change your cellular network to T-Mobile.

You existing plan only works while in Canada.

Which roaming add-on did you purchase before going there?

Are you manually connecting to the T-Mobile network once the selected add on is purchased?

@mikeg12   you can definitely open ticket with PM support and discuss your experience with them via messaging

But honest ,I am pretty sure Community member can provide you more tips 

Provide us more details what US roaming components does not work.  Data? Voice ? or Text?

You need purchase PM talk, text or data add-on for using your phone in USA. For now talk add on is not very work in USA, because US shut down 2G voice, but data should be fine, so you could use TextNow or something for voice talking.

If your in the us u want to put n add on for roaming $15 and $20 add on for 10 days while in the USA
