Going to order a physical SIM, and wanted to transfer my current number from Fido. Just wondering for the days I’ll be waiting for the physical SIM Card to arrive, will my Fido number still working?

Your current Fido SIM will continue to work until the porting to PM is completed. So keep up with your payment with Fido to keep your account active so it can be ported over.
Once ported, your number will be transferred (ported) over to PM.
If you already order the PM SIM from PM…it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. It would be cheaper and faster to order from Amazon, Canadian Cell Supplies or just pick one up from a Telus/Koodo store.

just don't initiate port until you actually get the sim and activate your new PM account. Make sure your Fido account is active until port is successful.

Yes, I believe until you switch to the physical SIM your current one will work.
