I changed my service to Fido last month but I need all of my previous phone bills from public mobile. My account was suspended so I am not able to review them from my account. These phone bills are very important for me since I have to use them for immigration purpose. Can you help me to get all of my bills?

The fact of having an account here may be satisfactory to them but the above comment is legally correct. Public does not verify your identity here. This place can actually be like burner phones. Postpaid services do a whole credit check and identity verification. That's not this place.
But maybe immigration will be satisfied with what this place gives you.

@jessica10 they usually reply within 2 to 4 hours. But if you wait till afternoon and no response, I will message them again for update

And I need phone bills from public mobile since the government wants more proves of me living in Ontario for at least one year.

You can get the official history of your phone calls by contacting a CS_Agent through SIMon Chatbot below and create a ticket or private message them above. You don’t need to be a current member to contact a CS_Agent but just verify your credentials.
Not sure why you will need them for immigration purposes.

but why don't you use your current provider's bill for immigration purpose

If you ported your number to other provider, your PM is closed forever.
I doubt agent will have access to your bills as there is no more account.

Such receipts cannot be used for proof of identity or mailing address as this information was never verified by Public Mobile.
