Hi my friend is having issues after porting.
She cannot log into her account.
Her text is not working.
Can someone post a link here for me to forward to her to send private message for customer support thank you.

Thank you! She can make calls and receive calls but texting does not work. She has an iPhone.

if she can make calls and just not able to receive inbound calls, then she can call the porting support team, I will message you the number to your community inbox
but if she cannot even make calls, that is not a porting problem but account setup problem, message support instead. submit ticket by direct message:
