You are existing customers? how much is your plan
you see a "regular" charge on your My Account's payment history? how much they charged you on that "regualr" (correct) one? when was it?
And they charged you $10.50 shortly after?
can you provide screenshot of both the correct charge and the wrong charge from payment history page?

Yes I have plan I put it my credit card auto payment but I got a new charge my credit card Oct 23 $10.50
