Data usage on public site way more than my actual usage from phone

Hi all,

I just started a new cycle, and on the public mobile website it  says I have already used 1000.3 mb / 1024 yikes!

However on my phone , when checking the same time period, it says I have only used 124. Has anyone else found that their usage is different? Whats going on!

HI @n8te try clear cache and restart browser

or try to use Private/Incognito mode

or try on another browser or another device

with one of the ways above, you should see the real usage

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
