Funds in my account

Hello.  I want to cancel my plan.  So I enable my payment.  But I have 20$ funds in my account.  How can I can get them back or transfer them in my daughter account?  Thank you.

Just cancel your account the day before your renewal date. So port your number the day or the day before your renewal day. Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid plan to the member of the account so funds can’t be transferred to your daughter’s account.

Sorry, but this cannot be done. You either need to use up the balance or it will be lost.

Sorry that's not allowed here.

Transfer of money between accounts isn't allowed. Also this is a prepaid service so there's no refunds. So sorry 😑
