Page wont go further yhan the sign in page. After I made payment shows active til dec 13 my phone has yet to be re activated and cant access account now to do anything about it. Sent message to agent no response yet. HELP

Call 611 from your PM phone.
What is your account balance?
If the amount on your account is equal to or more than the amount you paid recently, you did not reactivate your current plan yet.
How long ago your account was suspended without payment?
Your account will be canceled 90 days after suspension. This may explain why you cant access account now.
Use another phone to call you PM phone number. If you get "the number you dialed is not in service or assigned", your PM account was canceled.

Reset your phone and see if your services work again.
As for getting into your account, try using private mode on your browser to log in, or use a different browser (and private mode with this one).
