Hi there,
I opened an account with Public Mobile yesterday, Sep. 1st, after my niece recommended that I switch from Bell Canada. When I competed the self-service registration information, I entered my nieces 'friend referral code - 29xxxx', but I'm not sure if I it was excepted. I was speaking with my niece today and she advised me that her referral code should be on my transaction summary & it is not. Can you please confirm if I submitted referral code '29xxxx' along with the rest of my information? If I somehow messed up and it wasn't included, can you please add it for me?

too easy to check it with your nieces she need to Login Page Rewards and press at refer-a-friend will see it your last 4 digit number there then will be fine.. after 3 days you will getting one time credit $10.
after one day of your activated your nieces not showing at her account your last 4 digit #, then contact PM support team by private message CS_Agent with your nieces code to them can be add it.

As mentioned before, you should see $10 in your available funds within 72 hours.
I have not activated a new account recently, but in the past, there was no transaction summary about referral codes being submitted. Your niece also can check her account to see whether you phone number is in her friend's list. Also, sometimes your niece would receive a text from PM about referring a new friend.

@Ron66 kindly modify your post to remove the referral code, you are not supposed to post it on the Community. You can go back to your post, click on the 3 dots on top right, click Modify Message
The $10 credit should appear on your account within 72 hours. If you waited 72 hours and still not see the credit, then you can open ticket with PM support for investigation

I wondered the same when I set up my account a couple of weeks ago using a referral code. It will take a couple of days before you see it in your account and get the notification about rewards.
